Refund Policy

At N-CHHOTEL, we strive to ensure that all of our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay. However, we understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances may arise. Our refund policy is designed to provide you with options in the event that you need to cancel or modify your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.

Refund Eligibility

• Full refunds are available for cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in.
• Partial refunds (minus one night's stay) will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in.
• Refunds are not available for no-shows or early check-outs.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team. You will need to provide your reservation details and the reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
